$100.00 for the first item and $80.00 for each additional item.
If you are obtaining two (2) different appraisals such as a Retail Replacement Appraisal and a Fair Market Value Appraisal, each appraisal is $100/$80.
If I come to your home and no appraisal is conducted there will be a travel charge of $50, additionally my time will be billed at $25/hour. If items are selected for appraisal then the travel charge and hourly fees will be waived.
